Dr. Marshall is a panel provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO/POS policies, Humana Insurance, as well as a Medicare provider. She has worked with many out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO/POS plans, and will also accept assignment from these insurance companies.
She will file insurance on your behalf on an out-of-network basis also, having worked with many companies such as Cigna, Magellan, and Aetna.
Clients are expected to pay co-payments, or the entire fee at each session if they are self-pay. Payments in the form of cash, bank check, Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
